Assistant Manager,A&R 助理经理
岗位职责
1.制定所负责艺人及专案的项目规划、音乐产品方向,并统筹执行
2.项目统筹内容包含如下:
1)A&R预算的申请、管理、执行
2)选、收歌或者协助艺人创作
3)与音乐制作流程各个环节的合作者进行接洽及跟进进度
4)音乐产品概念视觉及文字包装
5) 产品概念阐述及延展
6)平面视觉统筹(摄影、设计等)
7)视频物料统筹(MV制作)
8)文案撰写
9)有序推进项目管理,保证作品质量、发片进度及配合企划进度
3. 维护艺人、客户和公司的关系
4. 公司内的协作沟通:
1)向相关部门精准有效传递所负责项目的内容及进度
2)与市场、品牌商务、商务拓展等部门协作 ,完成各类型艺人音乐内容的合作项目

Director,Digital Marketing 数字营销部总监
Core Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy
1. Overlook the digital ecosystem for Warner Music
•Websites, social media, instant messengers, apps….etc
•Ensure digital platforms are utilized effectively and have clear strategic and tactical value
•Assist marketing teams in building engaged audiences and fan communities for different artists and music genres
2. Overlook digital advertising strategy
•Ensure best practices / most effective platforms are used
•Overlook media buying and audience retargeting strategies
•Ensure advanced audience targeting is used effectively in all advertising campaigns
3. Setup tools to drive efficiency
• CMS for building mini campaign sites e.g. Mini sites
• Social listeners and analytical tools
o Measure social media performance quickly
o Monitor competitor performance
o Listen to fan sentiment and identify KOLs4. Drive innovation and ensure that team members are adhering to best practices
5. Develop and execute data capturing strategy / techniques
Digital CRM
1. Drive the regional digital CRM strategy locally and ensure that local market is adhering to best practices
2. Build a local database of music fans with advanced segmentation to unlock customer insights and support future marketing campaigns
3. Educate key stakeholders across the region of the importance of CRM and how to capture and make use of the data through scientific analysis to drive fan loyalty
4. Setup database structure and key tools for local teams to capture relevant data
Digital Marketing
1. Be the No.1 point person for developing artist fan bases and understand the audience better than anyone else.2. Work with the whole team to devise creative strategies for the continual growth & engagement of the artists’ fanbases.3. Brief & self-create both organic and paid for content.4. Work with marketing team and media buyers to set up ad campaigns.5. Lead the creation of all current and emerging social channels for new artists once signed.6. Work with artist & managers to write, build and send online communications7. Set up and run social media training sessions with your development artists.8. Provide reporting in artist and campaign meetings on the growth of artist fanbases, videos and online reaction.
Artist social media management
1. Set strategy plan and accounts for international artists’ China social media2. Oversee content management and social calendar3. Improve artists’ China social performance4. Support marketing campaigns by integrating artists’ social strategy and execution
Requirements:
1. Experience in similar role within entertainment industry.2. horough understanding of the social media landscape.3. 岗位描述
1. 负责音乐娱乐视频内容的剪辑,脚本,后期等工作;对一些重大事件(如节日、音乐节、金曲奖等),提前进行策划类视频的剪辑制作。
2. 结合时下热点,搜集海内外视频素材,添加概括性的标题条说明,自主完成对热点事件的视频剪辑、制作音乐娱乐节目的构思和剪辑。
3. 必须对音乐、娱乐行业、饭圈有浓厚兴趣和了解,常看音乐娱乐类选秀节目;制作的视频内容输出方向是娱乐化、正能量化以及年轻化;
4. 工作态度积极主动,按时按量完成所布置的工作。

1. 两年以上剪辑或后期制作工作经验,熟练运用pr/ae/ps等相关后期制作及特效软件;
2. 熟悉海内外音乐娱乐文化,饭圈、华语流行音乐重度爱好者加分

Senior Manager, Domestic Marketing & Promotion 华语市场宣传高级经理
Responsibilities:
Marketing System
1. Manage upcoming physical/digital releases with an efficient release schedule2. Manage & update the weekly priority list to ensure that we are able to identify the songs/projects that have the biggest opportunity for success in the local market3. Formulate marketing plans for key projects / singles to reach top of the charts4. Work on the monthly business forecast with the Senior Management5. Develop strategies to break new acts/songs6. Arrange regular internal meetings to ensure the projects are well organized and local marketing plans are implemented in line with regional directives.7. Monitor sales performance of key projects and recommend corrective actions if necessaryMarketing & Promotion1. Develop creative marketing & promotion strategies to improve our market share and revenue with our key digital service providers (DSPs)2. Requirements:
1. University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines2. Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing, online marketing or advertising agency environment. Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in using mature best practice models, reporting tools, and logical analysis methods for market and business research & analysis2. Conduct objective evaluation of WMG's strategic digital marketing plan and performance3. Conduct regular analysis of major digital customers and performance trend analysis4. Establish the trend model of the local market in the next three years to provide decision basis for future business development;5. 艺人经纪-综艺方向
岗位职责
1. 依照公司整体战略和工作目标,根据签约艺人的发展方向、特质,进行推广定位,挖掘与培养;
2. 对外联系综艺影视节目、市场活动和演出等出场业务,计划并安排日程,发布通告;
3. 开拓与其它公司、项目、媒介的合作,建立和维护合作渠道;
4.与公司市场宣传部门配合,负责宣传、推广及营销的策划工作。
任职要求
1. 大学本科以上学历,传播、艺术类专业优先;
2.对流行时尚事物敏锐,具备扎实的艺术专业知识,对演艺娱乐行业熟悉,并有自己的认知和理解,对市场情况有一定的判断能力;
3.拥有丰富的国内外节目制作资源(主持人、节目公司、视频平台)及人脉;
4.5年以上艺人经纪或广电/营销公司/互联网公司综艺宣发工作经验,负责过成熟艺人或头部综艺节目宣发的优先考虑;
